We truly enjoyed exceptionally clean and airy rooms and appetising food.
The stay here was memorable for 1 night. The location was unbeatable and favourable, right by bus transport to other villages and the main restaurant. Furthermore, near the beach. Booked a room with excellent views of the ocean. The breakfast was excellent, the personnel was honest.

The hotel was a fine base for enjoying a lovely area, close to buses, stores, easy access from ferry, and a fantastic island. The location was great and fab - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. What's more, it was 5 mins drive from Boatshed Bay. The breakfasts with a lovely view...
There were very uncomfortable beds in our room.

The hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location in a stunning north facing valley is perfect, providing easy access to local transport and a nearby grocery store. The rooms are nicely situated down the side of the hill, offering beautiful views. The staff are friendly and provide good service, while the basic amenities and air conditioning add to the comfort of the stay. Plus, the breakfast with its lovely view is a delightful start to the day.
All was satisfactory; no improvements needed.

Location
The restaurant is in reconstruction which gives a lot of noise, poor breakfast (2 slices bread and yoghurt for two persons), bad view (no view on the beach but only view on trees)

The view from the balcony was lovely together with the outdoor furniture. Also the fact that the 2 bedroom Villa had two separate toilets.
Breakfast wasn't delivered on fir our first morning and when we asked reception if they could send some down we were told the kitchen was closed. Surely for bread, cereal and milk and yoghurt you don't need to be a Michelin chef to grab them from the storeroom! Next day it was delivered, for 4 people we got two pieces of white bread and one crust, two butters, three jams, yoghurt and two milks. Complete insult and pathetic. Could not contact anyone to rectify.

The location was great, with a nice walk to the beach and a beautiful view from the room. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The room itself was spacious and had three beds, which was perfect for our group. The bed was comfy and there was air conditioning to keep us cool. The breakfast also had a lovely view and the basic amenities were provided.
Everything was great, no improvements needed.

The complementary coffee and tea provided were a nice touch, and the views from the room were stunning. The location was convenient for exploring the island and nearby attractions.
The lack of response to messages left for a non-working TV remote and receptionist absence at checkout was irritating. The overall condition of the hotel was quite run-down and in dire need of refurbishment, particularly the dated toilets.

Spotless room, besides I had an awesome view. The location was favourable - just off the best beach on Waiheke and bus and bus transport to other villages and the restaurant.

We had a wonderful family time for our Thanksgiving event. The stunning views from the balcony were epic. The location was perfect, a good centre location, not far from the activities we did. The comfortable beds were perfect for us to enjoy our night.
Steep steps up and down to the apartments and main areas because of that, we wouldn't recommend it to elderly people as it would be difficult to access. The apartment was not soundproof, so we could hear our neighbours' voices and footsteps from neighbouring apartments.

The hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices for the spacious villa and its contemporary style furnishings. The staff at this hotel were accommodating and friendly, making our stay even more pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located, with a grocery store nearby, making it easy to stock up on supplies. The rooms have beautiful views, allowing guests to enjoy the natural beauty of the surroundings. The beds in the rooms were large and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast with a stunning view, setting a great start to the day.
All was satisfactory.

We enjoyed our stay at this charming resort, with great views and comfortable rooms. The location was convenient with a grocery store nearby, perfect for budget-conscious travelers. the staff was friendly and obliging. The terrace and pool area were lovely, and the rooms were neat and clean with fantastic views of the island.
We found that the WiFi was unreliable, which was a bit of a disappointment given the breathtaking nature of the surroundings.
